About this Event

The President's Academy is a four-day college preparatory program held on the ULM campus. Partnering with Lumen (a Fortune 500 company - formerly CenturyLink), ANGUS Chemical Company, Ouachita Council on Aging, and four local hospitals (St. Francis Medical Center, University Health Conway, Monroe Surgical, and P&S Surgical) provides externships in the fields of Computer Sciences, Law, Health Sciences, and Physical Sciences.

Coupled with follow-up laboratory experiences with university faculty and college courses that equip scholars with the soft skills to flourish in a competitive job market, the President's Academy offers the high-ability high school student exclusive access to the global economy.
